APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MONITORING PROGRESS

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for monitoring progress are provided to determine the length of a progress view section and to move index to the view section of a subsequent process by monitoring the progress of a project. CONSTITUTION: A module work managing part(110) monitors the work rate of modules related to the progress of a project. The module work managing part calculates the execution predicted work rate and the work completion amount of each module. A progress view managing part(120) determines the lengths of progress view sections corresponding to the execution predicted work rate of each module based on the calculated execution predicted work rate and the total work rate of the project. The progress view managing part determines a subsequent process and moves index to the progress view section of the subsequent process.
