PURPOSE: A clean fuel supply device for ships is provided to prevent the life of an engine from shortening by naturally purifying fuels through the difference of specific gravity. CONSTITUTION: A clean fuel supply device for ships comprises a fuel tank(133), and a unit(140) for guiding clean fuel oil. The fuel supplied to the engine(120) of the ship is filled inside the fuel tank. A fuel discharge pipe(135) is connected to one wall of the fuel tank. The unit for guiding the clean fuel oil is installed inside the fuel tank. The unit for guiding the clean fuel oil guides the clean fuel to the fuel discharge pipe after the fuels are purified with the difference of specific gravity.
