PURPOSE: An exercise device for strengthening lower body muscle is provided to simplify the structure thereof and to enable a user to do up and down exercise. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device for strengthening lower body muscle comprises an contact plate(10), a supporting plate(20), a support bar(30), a roller(40), and an extension bar(50). The contact plate comes into contact with the waist of a user. The center of the supporting plate is fixed to the contact plate and both ends thereof are protruded. The support bar passes through a pair of penetration holes. The roller is axis-installed in the support bar. |
