PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to form a capacitor on a location corresponding to an opening, thereby increasing an aperture ratio. CONSTITUTION: A storage wire(STL) comprises a first portion and a second portion. A common electrode is formed on an area corresponding to a pixel area of a second substrate. The second substrate is combined with a first substrate. The second substrate receives a liquid crystal layer. An opening is formed on at least a portion of an area of the common electrode corresponding to the pixel electrode. |
