PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent light loss of a light emission region by forming an electrode between a substrate and a light emitting semiconductor structure. CONSTITUTION: A third electrode is extended from a second semiconductor layer(164) to outside through a first cavity. The third electrode contacts with a supporting member(110). A fourth electrode is extended from the second semiconductor layer to outside through a second cavity. The fourth electrode contacts with a part of a first electrode(140). An insulating layer(120) is formed between the first electrode and the third electrode. A second electrode is arranged between the supporting member and a semiconductor structure. The second electrode contacts with a semiconductor layer and the supporting layer.
