SKIN WHITENING AND ANTI-WRINKLE COMPOSITION COMPRISING A FERMENTED PLANT EXTRACT IN ULLEUNG ISLAND

PURPOSE: A composition containing extract of LiguLaria fischeri and Solidago virga-aurea L.var.asiatica Nakai or fermentation thereof is provided to ensure antioxidation, anti-inflammation and whitening without side effect and toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with antioxidation, anti-inflammation, whitening, and anti-wrinkling contains extract of Ulleung-do greens extract including LiguLaria fischeri, Solidago virga-aurea L.var.asiatica Nakai, and Aruncus dioicus var. or fermented extract thereof as an active ingredient. The fermented extract is prepared by fermenting greens with 1-50%(v/v) of Lactic acid bacteria at 25-50°C for one day to one week and extracting with water, spirit, low carbon number alcohol, acetone, chloroform, methylene chloride, hexane, or mixture solvent.
