PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to prevent crack generation by restricting a rotation angle of a claw when an optical disk is combined with a claw. CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembly(100) includes a bearing(110) and a bearing housing(120). A stator(200) is combined with an outer surface of the bearing housing. A rotation shaft is inserted to the bearing housing. A yoke of a rotor(400) is combined with the rotation shaft. A magnet of the rotor is arranged in an end of a stator.
