SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING POSSESSIONS LOSTING USING HUMAN BODY COMMUNICATION AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A loss prevention system and method are provided to minimize power consumption by forming the loss prevention system by using human body communications of a digital direct transmission mode. CONSTITUTION: An electronic tag(2) is attached to belongings. A loss monitoring unit(1) transmits and receives tag information from the electronic tag by using a human body as a transmission media. The loss monitoring unit monitors whether the belongings are lost or not. A button unit(11) registers and searches the belongings. A display unit indicates information in regard to the belongings. The display unit displays an alarm message when the belongings are lost. An alarm generating unit generates sound or vibration when the belongings are lost. A human body communications modem executes human body communications with the electronic tag. A controller controls the whole operation of the button unit, the display unit, the alarm generating unit, and the human body communications modem.
