A car including a frame, a passenger compartment, a sun roof supported by the frame that can be set to an open position or a closed position with respect to the passenger compartment, a housing for housing the sun roof when the sun roof is in the open position, and a movable cover for closing the housing. The sun roof includes two rigid roof members which, when the sun roof is in the closed position, are substantially horizontal, substantially coplanar, and positioned seamlessly one behind the other, and, when the sun roof is in the open position, are packed one on top of the other inside the housing. |
