PURPOSE: A control device of a paper winding machine for a strip coil is provided to improve workability and to reduce product defects by controlling the tilting angle of a paper winding machine main body and by controlling internal and external tension in the winding of a slip sheet. CONSTITUTION: A control device of a paper winding machine for a strip coil comprises a connecting member(50) and a controlling member. The connecting member is arranged to connect the middle part of a paper winding machine(20) and a pay off reel(10). The controlling member comprises a nut member(130) and a rotation shaft(140). The nut member is integrally connected with the main body of the paper winding machine. A rotary shaft is penetrated through and screwed with a nut member. A handle is connected to one end of the rotary shaft. The other end of the rotary shaft is supported with the pay off reel side to rotate using a bearing as a medium. |
