PURPOSE: A curable organopolysiloxane composition is provided to provide a cured material not generating separation from a package or crack of resin even by moisture-absorption reflow test. CONSTITUTION: A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises: organopolysiloxane comprising at least two alkenyl group combined to a silicone atom in one molecule, in chemical formula 1: R^1_aSiO_(4-a)/2; organohydrogenpolysiloxane in chemical formula 2: R^2_bH_cSiO_(4-b-c)/2; a hydrosilylation catalyst; and a compound in chemical formula 3. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is a same or different substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, at least one of R^1 is aryl group, 0.1-40 mol% of total R^1 is alkenyl group, and a is a positive number, satisfying 1<=a<=3.
