SMART DMB SERVICE SYSTEM, APPARATUS AND METHOD TO PROVIDE/RECEIVE OF IP STREAMING SERVICE FOR SMART DMB SERVICE

PURPOSE: An IP streaming receiving method and a smart DMB service providing system are provided to provide better service to users through DMB broadcast network. CONSTITUTION: An IP streaming receiving method comprises the following steps: a DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) terminal(100) receives internet protocol(IP) packet through DMB broadcast networks(201,203); the DMB terminal connects to Default URL(Uniform Resource Locator) server(230) through communications network by using address information of Default URL server within signaling information; the DMB terminal transmits current position information of the DMB terminal to the default URL server; and the DMB terminal receives information about IP streaming service which can be offered from the current position from the default URL server.
