PURPOSE: An automatic rivet coupling device is provided to automatically transfer a plurality of rivets coupled to a metal plate by operation of X- and Y-axis transfer motors. CONSTITUTION: An automatic rivet coupling device(10) comprises a base plate(12), a base(13), first and second setting jigs(20a,20b), and a rivet arrangement and supply plate(50). The base is installed on the top of the base plate. The first and second setting jigs have a plurality of rivet setting grooves in which rivets are set and a metal plate setting groove in which a metal plate is set. The first and second setting jigs include X-axis plates(34a,34b) and a Y-axis plate(44b) which are respectively transferred in X- and Y-axis directions by forward and reverse driving of X- and Y-axis transfer motors(31a,31b). The rivet arrangement and supply plate has a plurality of rivet grooves arranged in longitudinal and lateral directions on the top thereof.
