A unique laptop computer or similar device carrying case, which can also shield an individual from electromagnetic radiation (EMF) including RF microwave radiation and also heat transfer from the laptop computers when opened or in the closed positions. A conductive fabric is positioned against non-conductive plastic sheeting and is rolled up on itself, on four sides, to provide a larger effective virtual shield in the two side insulating sections, each of which includes an inner luan material with optional magnetic shielding or a perforated metal shield and a solid metal shield in the base to protect against electromagnetic radiation. The shield can be incorporated in existing cell phone/PC cases or flip top cell phone cases. Further, a pocket shield can be used to store cell phones in apparel pockets. |
