PURPOSE: A drooping sensing device is provided to prevent all kinds of process issues generated by deformation of parts by monitoring the parts in which drooping is generated as time goes by on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A drooping sensing device comprises irradiation units(110a,110b,110c,110d) and sensing units(120a,120b,120c,120d), and a control unit. The irradiation units are mounted in a first lateral surface among four lateral surfaces, thereby irradiating lights or ultrasonic waves to a direction parallel with upper and lower surfaces. The sensing units are mounted in a second lateral surface facing to the first lateral surface, thereby sensing the lights or ultrasonic waves irradiated from the irradiation units. The control unit controls an on/off switching of the irradiation units and decides whether the parts are drooped or not based on whether the sensing units sense the lights or ultrasonic waves irradiated from the irradiation units.
