PURPOSE: A hollow fiber membrane module is provided to increase fluid separating efficiency by preventing the generation of a channeling phenomenon which eccentrically concentrates permeating fluid. CONSTITUTION: A hollow fiber membrane module(100) includes a plurality of filtering parts. The filtering parts include a plurality of porous tubular parts, a mesh net, and a plurality of hollow fiber membrane bundles(30). The hollow fiber membrane module includes a cylindrical housing(40), an upstream terminal adhesive potting layer(51), and a downstream terminal adhesive potting layer(52). The upstream terminal adhesive potting layer and the downstream terminal adhesive potting layer are fixed to both inner end parts of the housing. The upstream parts of the filtering parts are inserted into the upstream terminal adhesive potting layer, and the downstream parts of the filtering parts are inserted into the downstream terminal adhesive potting layer.
