PURPOSE: A base plate inspection apparatus for a hard disk is provided to inspect a production line on real time by preventing damage to the base plate of a HDD(Hard Disk Drive). CONSTITUTION: A transfer member(40) goes to a rail(11) and back. A plate jig(20) includes an insertion space unit(21), a clamp(22), a correction bolt(23), a fastening groove for a location selection(25), and a stopper(26). The measurement block of a transfer member(30) includes a case unit(34). A main body unit(32) is accommodated in the upper case of an elastic member(24). A test rod(33) is penetrated in the case unit. A port pin(31) is included in the end of the test rod. The port pin is arranged in a location corresponding to a detection location. |
