PURPOSE: A producing method of acer mono max sap powder, a beverage containing thereof, and a producing method of the beverage are provided to improve the storage property of the beverage without using an artificial sweetener. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of acer mono max sap powder comprises the following steps: filtering acer mono max sap to remove impurities; vacuum concentrating the filtered sap until the volume is reduced into 1/30-1/50; adding water, maltodextrine powder having the dextrose equivalent of 11-14 as a starch hydrolysate, and crystalline fructose into the sap; and obtaining powder from the mixture using a spray-drier or a freeze-drier.
