PURPOSE: A banner suspending apparatus is provided to prevent a suspended banner from being torn and to improve visual advertisement effect by being moved according to the wind direction. CONSTITUTION: A body(5) accommodates an upper bearing(3) and a lower bearing(4). An upper cap(7) is fixed to cover the upper part of the body and has a central through hole(6) which a rotary shaft(10) passes through. The rotary shaft is supported by the upper and lower bearings. In a banner suspending apparatus, a first pipe part tapered in a longitudinal direction and pipe parts having a smaller diameter than the first pipe part are gradually inserted. |
