A GAIN CONTROLLING DEVICE ACCORDING TO WEIGHT CHANGE

PURPOSE: A system for controlling gains according to change of load is provided to reset gains without an input by an operator because an update of gains is set by monitoring workpieces and predicting change of load in a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling gains according to change of load comprises a monitoring module(100), a material database unit(200), a gain resetting timer(300), an inertial measurement unit(400), and a gain calculator(500). The monitoring module is electrically connected to a NC(Numerical Control) unit(2000) of a machine tool for calculating a volume and load of workpieces. The material database unit saves density data of each kind of materials of the workpieces. The gain resetting timer calculates the load based on the volume and load of the workpieces, and draws a resetting time for gains. The inertial measurement unit is electrically connected to the NC and a servo(3000) so that an inertial change is measured based on the load change of the workpieces. The gain calculator is electrically connected to the inertial measurement unit and the servo to calculate a gain to be reset with the measured inertial change.
