PURPOSE: A solid imaging device, a driving method thereof, and an electronic device are provided to synchronize transition timing of reset action with reset action of signal reading. CONSTITUTION: A driving method of a solid imaging device comprises the following steps: a plurality of unit pixels(50) is arranged in two dimension at pixel array unit; and a driving controller controls drive of the unit pixels in electric charge reset method of charge sustaining unit in a plurality of increments of the unit pixels by a reset unit before electric charge transmission by the transmission method. The unit pixel comprises a photoelectric converter, a transmission unit, and the reset unit(64). A plurality of rows is not contiguous.
