PURPOSE: A flat display panel is provided to prevent the generation of a short circuit or opening due to the connection of an address electrode by connecting a cut address electrode by using a conductive wire. CONSTITUTION: A rear substrate comprises an address electrode(21) and a front substrate in which an X-electrode and an Y-electrode are formed. An exhaust hole(23) is formed on the rear substrate by being passed through the address electrode. The address electrode is cut by the penetration of the exhaust hole. The address electrode is connected to a panel by using a conductive wire(22). Both ends of the conductive wire are attached to the address electrode by electrode paste.
