PURPOSE: A tool box having a height adjustor and a sub worktable is provided to adjust the height of the tool body through butterfly nuts, thereby providing pleasant working environment. CONSTITUTION: A tool box having a height adjustor and a sub worktable prevents the uppermost table from being escaped by a clamping unit(8). A foldable plate(7) is unfolded. Thin pipes(4) inside thick pipes(5) are adjusted through the butterfly nuts(6) so that the length can be adjusted. When one button among three types(up, stop, down) on the tool box is clicked, a motor is rotated(forward rotation, stop, backward rotation). A pinion moves a rack to adjust the height.
