PURPOSE: A terminal device and a document cooperation editing method of the terminal device are provided to proceed collaborative editing of documents with other terminal devices. CONSTITUTION: A session configuration unit(212) constitutes a joint editing session with one or more client terminals(221,222,223). An editing information receiving unit(213) receives editorial information about a joint editing target document from one or more client terminals through the joint editing session. A document modifying unit(214) modifies the collaborative editing object document. A document transmitting unit(215) transmits the modified collaborative editing object document to one or more client terminals through the joint editing session. |
