A device for control of ore grinding process consists of a flow sensor of ore in the mill, a size ore sensor, a water flow sensor, a circulating load sensor and remote controls of ore flow and water consumption. The device is additionally equipped with a sensor of magnetite content in the ore fed to the mill, a density sensor of discharge of a spiral classifier, a sensor of mill loading, an expert system, which is made with possibility of accumulation and analysis of statistical data, and issuing projected recommendations to the mill’s operator, and a remote information display. |
