PURPOSE: A switch cabinet for operating an intermediate voltage switch gear and a high voltage switch gear is provided to improve operability by detachably interlinking connection units through a plug and a socket. CONSTITUTION: Control units(10a, 10b, 10c) operate a switching element(5). The control units are arranged in a control cabinet(20). Drive units(11a, 11b) have an electric motor for moving the switching element. The drive units are used for moving one or more switching elements of a power switch. The drive units are arranged in a drive cabinet(21). The drive units are electrically or electronically connected with the control units through a connection section(15). The connection section comprises a basic body.
