PURPOSE: A cluster device having diagnosis and specification variation function is provided to confirm and change the specification of a clutch through direct clutch control though CAN(Controller Area Network) communication not built. CONSTITUTION: A cluster device(2) having diagnosis and specification variation function comprises a key input unit(4), a detection unit(6), a control unit(16), a data storage unit(14), a display unit(10), and a display driving unit(12). The key input unit orders the specification information of a cluster or the setting information of each menu change. The detection unit outputs error signals based on the state of a detection object. The control unit outputs control signal based on the judgment according to the detection signals of an object and indicates the information of a real time clutch specification and existing vehicle information, and changes the setting of each menu.
