PURPOSE: A magnetic flaw detecting device for a non-destructive inspection and an inspecting method using the same are provided to obtain reproducibility by generally automating overall of a nondestructive inspection without any limitation of a shape of the pipe and to automatically perform the nondestructive inspection because a voltage change is analyzed by using a sensor unit detecting damage of a pipe by converting a change of a magnetic field according to the pipe into the voltage change. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic flaw detecting device for a non-destructive inspection comprises a pair of flaw detecting units(40), a sensor(50), a yoke(10), a driving unit(20), and a control unit(60). The flaw detecting units create a magnetic field. The sensor unit is arranged between the flaw detecting units, thereby converting a change of the magnetic field into a voltage change. The flaw detecting units and sensor unit are mounted inside the yoke. The driving unit moves the yoke along a pipe. The control unit controls a magnetic flaw detecting device by using the voltage change recognized by the sensor unit.
