A process for production of carotene-containing biomass of Blakeslea trispora fungus by means of cocultivation of (+), (-) strains on the nutrient medium, containing proteins, fats and carbohydrates, consists in that as a nutrient medium hydrolyzates of oat or rye flour are used, and additionally it contains gluten and plant oil. |
