METHOD FOR DETECTION OF RESIDUAL AMOUNTS OF PESTICIDES IN OVIDUCTS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN

摘要

A method for reveal of residual amounts of pesticides in products of animal origin at which the sample is ground with anhydrous natrium, with shaking with solvent, and extract is evaporated on rotary evaporator with following purification by means of solid-phase purifier. Smaller weight of homogenized sample is shaken on apparatus with smaller time interval and with higher intensity, and extract is purified with removal of fat by means of pre-conditioned cartridge for solid-phase extraction.
