The inventions relate to a method and an apparatus for producing powder nanoscale materials that can be used in nanotechnology of microelectronics and semiconductor technology, solar energy, and medicine. In the method for producing powder nanoscale materials, according to the invention, the material is ground in a grinding chamber at air intake therein from a compressor and actuation of an electrostatic or electromagnetic deflection system, under pressure of centripetal forces of the charges of ionized air and charges of the deflection system. The crushed material particle size is adjusted by the strength of electrostatic or electromagnetic field and air pressure in the chamber. A device for producing powder nanoscale materials comprises a grinding chamber, a compressor and a power source. According to the invention, inside the chamber an electrostatic or electromagnetic deflection system is located, and outside of the chamber the compressor is located, mechanically connected to the chamber, and the power source is connected to the deflection system. The invention allows to produce pure nanosized powder materials, increase efficiency and profitability of the process of crushing materials and significantly simplify the technology of manufacturing the device for its implementation. |
