PURPOSE: A binder composition for power storage device electrode, slurry for a power storage device electrode, and a power storage device are provided to improve storage safety, adhesion, and charging/discharging property. CONSTITUTION: A binder composition for power storage device electrode comprises polymer, and carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid salt, and liquid medium. The polymer comprises a polymer which has recurring unit derived from vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene, and hexafluoropropylene and a polymer which has recurring unit originated from unsaturated carboxylate ester. The binder composition is alloy particles which are composed of an interpenetrating polymer network. Concentration of carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid salt is 20-1,000 ppm. |
