PURPOSE: A calibration sample of a measurement instrument using a magnetic resistance sensor, manufacturing and using methods thereof are provided to improve measurement accuracy by confirming the state of a magnetic resistance sensor in real time. CONSTITUTION: A calibration sample of a measurement instrument using a magnetic resistance sensor comprises a magnetic material pattern layer(120) and an anti-oxidation pattern layer(130). The magnetic material pattern layer is formed on a substrate(110). The anti-oxidation pattern layer is formed on the magnetic material pattern layer and covers the magnetic material pattern layer.
