PURPOSE: A composition containing Ahnak proteins is provided to effectively differentaite stem cells into adipocytes and to develop a novel cell therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing differentiation of stem cells into adipocytes contains Ahnak proteins. The stem cells are mesenchymal stem cells(MSC). A method for inducing the differentiation of the stem cells into adipocytes comprises: a step of culturing the stem cells; and a step of adding the composition to the stem cells.
