PURPOSE: A silicon emulsion composition is provided to blend an emulsion with high molecular weight of high viscosity, and an emulsion with low molecular weight of low viscosity, thereby providing excellent cleansing and conditioning effects. CONSTITUTION: A silicon emulsion composition comprises: an emulsion manufactured by mixing water, anion surfactant, silicon hydrolysate, and emulsifier; and an emulsion B manufactured by mixing polydimethylsiloxane, non-ionic surfactant, and water. The silicon hydrolysate is a mixture of OH-terminated polyalkylsiloxane polymer of low viscosity, and dimethyl cyclosiloxane. The emulsion A is manufactured by mixing 10-50 weight% of water, 1-20 weight% of the anionic surfactant, 20-80 weight% of the silicon hydrolysate, and 0.001-10 weight% of the emulsifier. |
