The invention relates to refractory materials, namely to corundum refractory articles, used for lining of high temperature aggregates with operation temperature to 1850 °C. Furnace charge for the production of corundum refractory articles contains, weight %: corundum of fractions 3-1, 1-0.5 and less than 0.5 mm with weight fraction of AlOis not less than 99 at ratio of fractions from 0.9:0.2:0.3 to 1.0:0.3:0.4 – 64.0-66.0, alumina with content of α-AOis not less than 90 % and size of particles less than 10 microns is not less than 90 % - 28.5-29.0, dispersing agent: modified with polyelectrolyte dispersed alumina or based on polyethylene glycol – 1.0-1.5, chromium oxide with weight fraction of CrOis not less than 99 % - 4.0-6.0. The invention allows the increasing refractory property of article, that is increased operation temperature of lining of heat aggregate and its exploitation time. |
