PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing rice husk carbide without energy is provided to reduce heat loss by allowing hot air to stay long in outer and inner jackets. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing rice husk carbide without energy comprises an outer jacket(20), an inner jacket(30), a heat transfer pipe(40), a hot air blower(50), a firing part, a blower(70), and a discharge part. One side of the heat transfer pipe is connected to the hot air vent of the outer jacket while the other side is connected to the hot air inlet of the inner jacket so that the heat transfer pipe provides a flow path for hot air. The hot air blower is connected to the hot air inlet of the outer jacket and installed outside the device to provide hot air. The firing part comprises a plurality of heating wires for firing rice hulls. The blower supplies oxygen to the lower side of the firing part for smooth firing. The discharge part is installed to discharge the rice hull charcoal obtained by the firing part to outside.
