PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing an inner case of a refrigerator is provided to prevent materials from being separated by maintaining a balanced distribution of force because a position of a piston is out of both ends of upper and lower members and moved to an inner side. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing an inner case of a refrigerator comprises a fixing unit fixing inserted materials. The fixing unit comprises a supporting members(110), a fixing member(120), a turning member(130), and a piston(140). A plurality of supporting members is formed into a staple shape at a constant distance. The fixing member is fixed to the upper part of the supporting member and an engaging unit(121) is formed in a front end of the fixing member in a vertical direction. The turning member is joined to the lower part of the supporting member by a hinge(131) to be turned. A front end of the turning member is interlocked with the engaging unit. The upper part of the piston is joined to the fixing member by a hinge(132) and the lower part of the piston is joined to the rear part of the turning member. The piston operates the turning member.
