PURPOSE: A broadcasting terminal, a broadcasting controlling system, and a broadcasting controlling method thereof are provided to enable a broadcasting transmitter to accurately know broadcasting starting time. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(250) displays information. A timer(220) measures time. A communication unit(230) receives broadcasting start information of a broadcasting control system. The communication unit transmits broadcasting information to a broadcasting receiving terminal. A control unit(210) compares the broadcasting start information with current time.
