OPTICAL STIMULUS PROBE STRUCTURE WITH OPTICAL FIBER FIXING ELEMENT

PURPOSE: An optical stimulus probe structure including an optical fiber fixing device is provided to firmly maintain the arrangement of an optical waveguide and an optical fiber by fixing the optical fiber to a body of a probe structure through a fixing device. CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide(113) is formed on a probe(110) in a longitudinal direction. An optical fiber(300) transmits an optical signal to the optical waveguide. An optical fiber fixing groove(411) is formed in a first fixing unit(410) to receive the optical fiber. A receiving groove(421) is formed in a second fixing unit(420). The first fixing unit is received on the upper side of the body and fixes the optical fiber. The second fixing unit is attached to a substrate(200) and fixes the first fixing unit.
