PURPOSE: A producing method of rice cake using curry, vegetables, and cheese is provided to offer the unique flavor and taste, and useful ingredients of the curry to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice cake using curry, vegetables, and cheese comprises the following steps: dicing the vegetables, and roasting the vegetables with oil(S110); mixing 91.6-93.6wt% of rice powder and 6.4-8.4wt% of curry powder to obtain mixed powder(S120); mixing 86.8-88.8wt% of mixed powder, 3.9-5.9wt% of water, and 6.3-8.3wt% of milk to obtain dough; mixing 88.1-90.1wt% of dough and 9.9-11.9wt% of vegetables(S130); layering the mixture in a steamer in upper and lower layers, and inserting the cheese in between the upper and lower layers(S140); and steaming the mixture for 10 minutes, removing the steamer before secondly steaming the mixture for 10 minutes, and slowly cooking the mixture for 5 minutes(S150). |
