METHOD OF PRODUCING AMORPHOUS MATERIALS IN ARBITRARY AMOUNTS FROM METALS AND THEIR ALLOYS

A method for producing amorphous materials in arbitrary amounts from metals and their alloys, wherein a three-dimensional cooling is used and a casting of arbitrary dimension is formed from a melt. Heat removal from the central areas of casting, particularly from single-component and other hardly amorphized materials is carried out by placing in the center of symmetry of the gradient of heat flow for cooling casting a billet of limited volume from amorphous material that is identical to amorphized material.
