PURPOSE: An advertising device using a cluster while turning on/off a vehicle is provided to offer high effectiveness of advertising through outputting the advertisements data saved in a device in determined term while turning on/off a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An advertising device using a cluster while turning on/off a vehicle comprises a start-up key input part(4), a display unit(6), a display driving unit(8), a speaker(10), a speaker driving unit(12), a data storage module(14), and a control unit(16). The display unit and the speaker output screen advertisements and advertisement sounds respectively. The data storage module saves the data of advertisements. The control unit controls the term of advertisement output.
