PURPOSE: An improved curing method and a system of a green tire in consideration of weight of the tire are provided to improve a quality of a final tire by supplying an optimal heat quantity because a weight of a green tire is measured and a curing time is set according to the measured weight. CONSTITUTION: An improved curing method of a green tire in consideration of weight of the tire is as follows. A measurement unit measures a weight of a green tire(S100). The control unit calculates an improved curing time by receiving weight data from the measurement unit(S200). The curing unit cures the green tire by supplying heat and pressure according to the curing time(S300).
