PURPOSE: A display panel is provided to prevent cell defect by forming a fluorescent substance on a location corresponding to an exhaust hole and to prevent brightness to be reduced. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust hole(30) is formed on a rear substrate. The exhaust hole makes an inner space of a display panel vacuous and charges gas inside the display panel. An exhaust pipe(40) is installed in order to be communicated with an exhaust hole. A fluorescent substance(35) is formed at the rear side of the rear substrate. The fluorescent substance is formed on a location corresponding to the exhaust hole. The display panel comprises a support body. The fluorescent substance is spread on the support body. The support body composed of an extension unit and a support board. The extension unit is extended from the exhaust pipe and the support board is formed on the extension unit.
