PURPOSE: A device for synchronizing coordinates between different instruments is provided to easily transplant coordinate data of an object to a coordinate system of an instrument. CONSTITUTION: A device for synchronizing coordinates between different instruments comprises a reference plate(20), three or more reference marker units, a connecting member, and an interlinking device(150). The reference plate is prepared in an instrument in which coordinate data of an object is transplanted. The reference plate has a structure corresponding to a fixing unit. The relative location of the reference marker unit is limited so that an object can be spatially separated from the reference plate. The connecting member restricts the progressive direction of the reference marker. The interlinking device moves two or more reference marker units.
