PURPOSE: A process supporting stand connection part buffer for transmitting and distributing is provided to maintain initial construction state by absorbing impacts added to a wire which is expanded or contracted by temperature and strong wind. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(110) interlinks wires. A case has a head protecting the shaft. The shaft passes through the case. An elastic member(150) absorbs impacts of the wire by protecting the shaft inserted into a guide. The inside of the guide is cylinder structure for preventing left and right directions secession of the elastic member. A first spring and a second spring are inserted into the shaft. A washer is installed at the end part of the shaft in order to prevent the secession of the first spring and the second spring. A nut fixes the washer at outside.
