PURPOSE: A producing method of weight loss food using medical herb materials is provided to offer the obesity prevention function and the obesity suppressing function to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of weight loss food using medical herb materials comprises the following steps: dipping 75 parts of first group of medical herbs by weight into 450 parts of alcohol aqueous solution by weight for 12-24 hours at room temperature; heating the dipped medical herbs at 60-75 deg C for 3 hours, and increasing the temperature at 75-82 deg C until alcohol from the alcohol aqueous solution is completely evaporated to obtain a first extract; dipping 15 parts of second group of medical herbs by weight into 150 parts of alcohol aqueous solution by weight for 12-24 hours at room temperature; heating the dipped medical herbs at 60-75 deg C for 3 hours, and increasing the temperature at 75-82 deg C until alcohol from the alcohol aqueous solution is completely evaporated to obtain a second extract; inserting residues obtained from producing the first extract into the second extract, and heating and cooling the mixture before separating the liquid and the residues to obtain a filtered extract; and mixing the filtered extract with the first extract, and decompress drying the mixture to obtain a concentrate. |
