PURPOSE: A chamfering apparatus for a pipe is provided to chamber inner and outer surfaces for an end of pipes with one cutting tool, and to cut the outer surface of the pipes. CONSTITUTION: A chamfering apparatus for a pipe comprises a pushing unit(700) and a column unit(300). The pushing unit comprises a fixed pillar(720), a telescopic pillar(730), a turning arm(740), and a pressing roller. The fixed pillar is vertically coupled upward at the rear side of a turning roller unit(600). The telescopic pillar is inserted from the upper end of the fixed pillar and the height of the telescopic pillar is vertically adjusted. The turning arm is rotated on the telescopic pillar. The pressing roller is contacted to the top of a pipe, and contact angles of the pressing roller to the pipe are changed according to turning angles of the turning arm. The column unit comprises a horizontal frame(310), a vertical frame(320), a second screw, and a second screw nut. Rails(130) on a bed(100) are inserted in rail grooves(311) of the horizontal frame. The vertical frame is vertically extended upward from one side of the horizontal frame. The second screw is rotated by a first motor. The second screw nut is coupled to the outer surface of the second screw and is connected with the horizontal frame. |
