PURPOSE: A method for detecting an anlyate is provided to detect specific material from a sample and to amplify signal. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting an analyte(7) comprises: a step of putting a magnetic nanoparticles into a sample containing bacteria as an analyte to bind the analyte to the magnetic nanoparticles; a step of collecting magnetic nanoparticles from the sample using a magnet; a step of separating magnetic nanoparticles conjugated with the analyte; and a step of detecting analyate by labeling of the magnetic nanopaticles. |
